When practicing Yoga one has to involve all 5 layers of the body. Total involvement is a must to get the maximum benefits from Yoga. When practicing normal physical exercises only the Annamaya Kosa(physical body) is involved. For example while doing physical exercises if the mind is worried the stress will get accumulated in Manomaya Kosa and as a result it will affect the physical body too.
