In Gita Krishna said-

"Yoga is Dexterity in action" (ie) Krishna said not only while praying or meditating but even while doing any work/action one must maintain the relaxation and awareness. Relaxed action with awareness will increase the efficiency of the work.

Integrated approach of Yoga

According to the Yogic science Human body has 5 layers(5 Aspects of the body) as given below-
If you want to be in perfect health all 5 layers mentioned above should be taken care.In the modern medicine, only the Physical body is given importance whereas in Yoga all 5 layers are given equal importance. All 5 layers have intimate connection.Even if one layer of our body is neglected it will affect and cause imbalance in other layers including physical body.As a result you will end up with some disease. For example wrong breathing habits will affect Pranamaya kosa and Pranic distribution and thereby affects various functions in the Physical body.Imbalances in breathing affects pranic distribution and as a result disturb the Physiological functions and become Pathological. Modern diseases such as Asthma,Irritable Bowel Syndrome(IBS), Migraine,Hyperacidity etc etc.. are the results of such imbalances.

Total involvement of all 5 layers

When practicing Yoga one has to involve all 5 layers of the body. Total involvement is a must to get the maximum benefits from Yoga. When practicing normal physical exercises only the Annamaya Kosa(physical body) is involved. For example while doing physical exercises if the mind is worried the stress will get accumulated in Manomaya Kosa and as a result it will affect the physical body too. We at Yogaway train our students to involve all 5 layers of the body and get maximum benefits.
